Dan is a Co-Founder of Vertical Partners, LLC. Prior to starting Vertical Partners, LLC in March of 2022, Dan spent 5 years at Holt Lunsford Commercial, a Dallas based full service commercial real estate company. In his role at HLC, Dan was responsible for executing transactions on approximately 2 million square feet of office assets, representing both private and institutional investors.

Prior to Holt Lunsford Commercial, Dan was with JPI for 2 years where he served in various capacities within asset management and development. His responsibilities included coordination of multiple property management groups and providing support on over $330 million worth of assets in DFW, Austin, and Houston.

Dan attended Texas A&M University where he received a B.A. in Management from Mays Business School.

Dan lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Ashley and daughter Hannah.
