Dan Co-Founded Vertical Partners with James Engels in March 2022.
Dan plays an active role in the company’s investment and leasing platforms. His roles consist of evaluating real estate investment opportunities, overseeing current investments, and advising clients on various brokerage matters with a specific focus on Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing.
Dan is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder.
Through Vertical Partners, he is committed to helping clients and partners create long-term value through strategic real estate investments.
Dan lives in Dallas with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Hudson and Hannah. Outside of work, Dan is a member at Highland Park Presbyterian, loves to golf, and is an avid bow hunter.
